A day in Alaska with Victory Cruise Lines

Imagine what just one day in Alaska would look like. You can make the day as active as you would like with kayaking, hiking, and zodiac exploration. You could also choose to make it as relaxing as you like while you sip a cocktail taking in the scenery and wildlife from the observation lounge with wraparound windows and 360 degree swivel chairs to capture the view from every angle. The choice is yours!

7am:
Wake up to most breathtaking scenery from your private room and then enjoy a delicious breakfast with open seating and a casual ambiance. It’s a perfect opportunity to get know your fellow like-minded travellers. An exciting day awaits!

9am:
Alaska is a Kayaker’s paradise. Hop into your kayak with ease from the dedicated activity platform. Get up close and personal to your surroundings and keep your eyes peeled for marine wildlife such as sea lions, otters, seals.

11am:
Guided hiking. Your specially trained Expedition Team brings an impressive accumulation of experience and expertise to every day of your voyage.

Lunch:
Enjoy a well earned lunch after this morning’s activities and keep your eyes peeled for Whales, Orcas and more from Ocean Victory. Includes complimentary select beer, wine, spirits, tea, coffee, filtered water and soft drinks.

2pm:
Hop into the zodiac with ease from the dedicated zodiac loading dock and get closer to the glaciers. (At a safe distance of course!) 

4pm:
Keep an eye out for Brown Bears from the vessel! The observation platforms fold down as if by magic on either side of the ship. You can step into the view with a unique over-water perspective. You’ll go home with breathtaking photographs and amazing memories.

6pm – Pool deck or expedition lecture room….decisions, decisions
Pool Deck. Glass end walls make for unprecedented views while you enjoy a wilderness swim on deck. This refreshing pool is one of a kind.  Then relax in one of the two roomy hot tubs.

Expedition Lecture Room.Great sitelines, wonderful acoustics, and beautiful outdoor views make a perfect combination. The very heart of your journey will beat here, as experts in history, culture, marine life, natural environment, marine biology, and many other fields share with you their insights.

7pm:
Panorama Specialty Restaurant.The perfect place for a special celebration or intimate dinner for two. All included, of course. You’ll enjoy delectable à la carte service for a meal custom-prepared to your palate. You’ll be excited to tell the tales of all the wildlife you saw and incredible activities you had with your new found friends on board. Includes complimentary select beer, wine, spirits, tea, coffee, filtered water and soft drinks.
