Atlas Ocean Voyages unveils its 2027 Arctic program
14 new expeditions and 27 new ports
Atlas Ocean Voyages’ fleet of three expedition yachts will visit 27 new destinations and offer 14 new voyages as part of its newly revealed Arctic season for 2027.
And to mark the release of the new program, Australian small ship cruise specialist, Cruise Traveller, which is the exclusive representative for Atlas Ocean Voyages in Australia, is offering Australians a choice of bonuses including air credits of US$1500 per twin stateroom, pre-cruise hotel stays or enhanced unlimited WiFi for bookings made by December 31, 2025.

Atlas Ocean Voyages’ new collection of all-inclusive Arctic expeditions from May to September in 2027 is now featured on a dedicated page of our website making it easy for you to explore voyages that align with their appetite for immersive, small-ship adventure.
Plus we’re offering you a choice of free air credit, hotel or WiFi. Book by December 31, 2025
Designed for those seeking more exclusive, adventurous and personal experiences of discovery, Atlas’s 2027 Arctic introduces the Canadian Arctic – a brand new destination for Atlas from September 2026. Guests will encounter vibrant Inuit culture and high concentration of polar bears, beluga whales and walruses. The 20207 program also features Iceland’s volcanic frontiers, Greenland’s wild, iceberg-filled fjords, hot springs and ancient Norse ruins, and the polar wilderness of Svalbard, also renowned for its majestic polar bears.

In 2027, Atlas’ fleet of purpose-built expedition yachts, accommodating less than 200 guests each, will take spirited travellers deeper into the remote realms of the Arctic with 27 new ports of call across the region, including Pond Inlet, Kimmirut, Churchill and Coats Island in the Canadian Arctic, and East Greenland’s rarely visited fjords and also Greenland’s dramatic King Frederick VI Coast – one of the wildest and least-inhabited stretches of shoreline on Earth.

Each Arctic journey is led by an expedition team of up to 13 seasoned professionals, from naturalists and biologists to mountaineers and conservationists, whose expertise ensures guests gain a deeper understanding of the pristine environments they visit. Brave guests can also opt for a polar plunge in the icy waters. Meanwhile, Atlas Ocean Voyages’ Polar Category C and Ice Class 1B yachts are designed for intimate discovery and environmental stewardship. With decks just nine metres above the waterline and near-silent hydro-jet propulsion, guests enjoy unparalleled wildlife viewing while minimising environmental impact.
“Atlas Ocean Voyages will expand its footprint further in the Arctic in 2027, offering guests immersive encounters in remote frontiers boasting raw wilderness, preserved cultures, and incredible wildlife encounters,”
Cruise Traveller Managing Director Joe O’Sullivan.
“Atlas Ocean Voyages has hit a real chord with discerning Australians who seek the true spirit of expedition travel – intimate, bold and deeply enriching. Atlas is a perfect fit for Australians who want to explore the far ends of the Earth like the Arctic in affordable and inclusive comfort with other like-minded travellers who also value refined adventures free of fuss and formality,” Mr O’Sullivan said.
