Monte Carlo
An ancient principality steeped in rich and colorful history, Monaco was bought from the Genoese in 1309 by the Grimaldis, who still rule as the world`s oldest monarchy – presided over today by Prince Albert.
St Tropez
A summer playground for celebrities, artists and writers vacationing here since the height of its popularity in the 1950s and 60s, St-Tropez’s famous beaches are still frequented by an international clientele who seek a lively night life and piece of the “St-Trop” allure. Magnificent yachts line the port, as owners vie to achieve titles the biggest, most luxurious or most enthusiastic crew.
Ibiza
Flower power was once as prevalent on this “White Isle” as are today’s glitzy nightclubs, for Ibiza was a hub of hippie culture in the 1960s.
