Both National Geographic Sea Bird and National Geographic Sea Lion have been transformed. The lounge and bar, center of onboard life, have been handsomely re-styled and renovated to accommodate the expedition community. The refreshed dining room is now doubly welcoming. And every cabin in every category has been outfitted with fresh cherry veneer and our signature bed lines. From the sleekly framed photos on the walls, to the fresh paint, carpets and polished brass, each ship sets the new standard for expedition hospitality and comfort.
Our 62-guest expedition ships offer the perfect platform for exploring. With a shallow draft, they can go where larger ships cannot, sailing through narrow channels where whales feed, and among the remote islands dotting the Alaskan shoreline.

Cat 2 Upper Deck : #200-212, 215 - These well-located cabins include two lower single beds and a window. Cabin doors open to the outside. Cat 2 Bridge Deck: These well-located cabins include two lower single beds and a window. Cabin doors open to the outside.
Cat 3 Upper Deck: #214, 216, 217, 219 - These cabins include two lower single beds that can convert to a double bed and a pullout single bed for a third person, plus a small table, two chairs, and two window. Cabin doors open to the outside. Cat 3 Bridge Deck: #105, 106 - These cabins include two lower single beds, plus a small table, two chairs, and two windows. Cabin doors open to the outside.
