The Danube cruise begins in Passau, the “City of Three Rivers,” where baroque churches and the St. Stephen’s Cathedral set the mood. In Bratislava, Slovakia’s capital, medieval alleys, baroque palaces, and the castle above the city await. Kalocsa introduces Hungarian paprika culture and folk traditions, while Mohács recalls the famous battle of 1526. Aljmaš in Croatia enchants with its pilgrimage church and peaceful riverside setting. In Belgrade, Serbia’s capital, highlights include the Kalemegdan Fortress, the lively Knež Mihailova Street, and the Saint Sava Cathedral. The cruise turns around at the Trajan’s Tablet, marking ancient Roman history. At Donji Milanovac, the stunning Iron Gates gorge unfolds, followed by Golubac Fortress rising majestically over the Danube. Novi Sad welcomes with the Petrovaradin Fortress and vibrant city life. Ilok charms with wine heritage, while Osijek displays Habsburg architecture and a grand square. Budapest shines with its Parliament, Chain Bridge, and Fisherman’s Bastion, rightly called the “Pearl of the Danube.” In Hainburg, travelers explore medieval walls before heading to Vienna, full of imperial grandeur with St. Stephen’s Cathedral and Schönbrunn Palace. Finally, Melk Abbey crowns the experience before returning to Passau.

The VIVA TWO is the second new build from VIVA Cruises and, with 95 cabins, invites up to 190 passengers to enjoy moments of well-being on board. There are eight suites on the Diamond Deck, which are 24 sqm in size and have a French balcony, inviting you to enjoy the beautiful view. On the Diamond Deck and the Ruby Deck there are 15 m² 2-bed cabins with a French balcony. On the Emerald Deck, the 2-bed cabins have windows that cannot be opened. All cabins are perfectly equipped with a flat-screen TV, included minibar, Nespresso® machine, beauty products from RITUALS®, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, shower and WC and leave nothing to be desired.
