Join us on a picturesque river cruise along the Rhine and Moselle, which takes you from Düsseldorf via Koblenz, Traben-Trarbach and Bernkastel to the historic city of Trier and then via Cochem, Treis-Karden, Rüdesheim and the Loreley Passage to Königswinter and back to Düsseldorf. This carefully curated itinerary combines impressive cultural treasures, breathtaking landscapes and authentic regional charm.

Your journey begins in the modern metropolis of Düsseldorf, where architecture, museums and the famous Königsallee with its elegant boutiques and cafés invite you to linger. You then glide along the Moselle, past gentle vineyards, picturesque half-timbered villages and steep slopes on which some of the best Riesling wines in Europe thrive. In Trier, the oldest city in Germany, you will experience an impressive foray into Roman history: the Porta Nigra, the amphitheater and the Imperial Baths are just some of the fascinating sights.

The route then continues to Cochem, where the Reichsburg castle towers high above the town and offers a fairytale panorama. In Treis-Karden you can enjoy the special charm of the Moselle, while Rüdesheim attracts visitors with its famous Drosselgasse. This trip is a perfect combination of history, culture, nature and culinary delights – an experience that will live long in the memory.

Indulge in gourmet dining in the main restaurant “RIVERSIDE” or in “VIVA’s Bistro” and enjoy a drink in the panoramic lounge after dinner. Our first own new building, the VIVA ONE invites with 88 cabins up to 176 passengers on feel-good moments on board. On the diamond deck there are four luxurious suites, which with 24 sqm size and a balcony (approx. 2 sqm) invite you to enjoy the beautiful view. On the Diamond Deck, as well as on the Ruby Deck, there are 19 m² Junior Suites, which have a French balcony. The main part of the cabins is made up by 2-bed cabins with 16 sqm size. These have French balconies on the Diamond and Ruby decks and non-opening windows on the Emerald deck. All cabins are perfectly equipped with flat-screen TV, included mini-bar, Nespresso® machine, Beauty products from RITUALS®, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, shower and toilet.

From a technical and sustainable perspective, the VIVA ONE impresses with some special features and innovations. A total of 68 solar cells, distributed on both sides of the sun deck, support the on-board power system. The energy generated is also used primarily for the ship’s bow thruster and for high power usage. In general, a lot of emphasis was placed on low energy consumption for lighting, pumps, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and galley and laundry equipment during the design process. The water treatment system is also state-of-the-art. Guests can refill their reusable VIVA drinking bottles at any time at two water stations in the lobby and at the bar, while VIVA glass carafes are available in the restaurant. To reduce fuel consumption, the ship features an efficient hull form, powertrain and fuel-saving autopilot to simplify navigation. Main and auxiliary engines are powered by clean synthetic GTL diesel, reducing local emissions.
