The cruise begins in Budapest, the “Pearl of the Danube.” The Hungarian capital enchants with its dramatic riverside setting: Buda’s castle district and Pest’s parliament skyline reflect history and elegance across the water.
Next is Vienna, Austria’s imperial city. The St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Hofburg, and Ringstrasse showcase imperial grandeur, while coffee houses and classical music create a timeless charm. The riverbanks here reveal green floodplains and romantic landscapes.
In Dürnstein, a jewel of the Wachau Valley, guests admire the blue abbey tower and cobbled streets, surrounded by vineyards and overlooked by castle ruins steeped in legend.
Nearby Melk rises above the Danube with its magnificent Benedictine Abbey. The Wachau’s terraced vineyards and hillsides form one of Europe’s most scenic river stretches.
The ship then calls at Passau, the “City of Three Rivers,” where the Danube, Inn, and Ilz converge. The baroque old town and St. Stephen’s Cathedral with its grand organ are must-sees.
In Regensburg, one of Germany’s best-preserved medieval cities, highlights include the Stone Bridge, the cathedral, and patrician houses along the river.
Finally, the journey ends in Nuremberg, famous for its Imperial Castle, timber-framed houses, and historic squares. The city walls and old town provide a fitting conclusion to a voyage rich in landscapes, culture, and history.

The MS VIVA ENJOY is the third newbuilding of VIVA Cruises and invites with 95 cabins up to 190 passengers to feel-good moments on board. On the Diamant Deck there are eight suites, which invite with 24 sqm size and a French balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. On the Diamond Deck as well as on the Ruby Deck there are 15 sqm 2-bed cabins, which have a French balcony. On the Emerald Deck, the 2-bed cabins have windows that cannot be opened. All cabins are perfectly equipped with flat screen TV, included mini-bar, Nespresso® machine, beauty products from RITUALS®, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, shower and toilet and leave nothing to be desired.
