Day 1
Welcome to Funchal, a charming and laid-back city set against the stunning blue backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean. Known for its renowned wines, idyllic climate, and breathtaking scenery, Madeira has earned the title “Island of Eternal Spring.”When you arrive, be warmly welcomed on board Scenic Eclipse II by the Captain and crew.Head to the Sky Bar on Deck 10 and toast the beginning of an unforgettable voyage as you look over this enchanting Atlantic gem. Be sure to savour a glass of the famous Madeira wine.
Scenic transfers are only available for flights arriving into Funchal prior to 02:00 PM.

Day 2
Boasting one of Europe’s finest golden-sand beaches, Porto Santo is a serene escape of golden shores and blue waters, perfect for relaxation. The island’s renowned 9 kilometres beach is believed to have therapeutic qualities, with its sand and waters rich in iodine, calcium, and magnesium, making it ideal for soothing rheumatism and bone ailments. Enjoy a leisurely day here before continuing your journey to Portimão, with a relaxing sea day in between.
Scenic Freechoice: Porto Santo Island Tour: Discover Porto Santo’s scenic highlights, beginning in Calheta with a tasting of traditional poncha. Continue to the Porto Santo Golf Club and admire panoramic views from Moinho Viewpoint and Pico do Castelo. Visit Portela Viewpoint for stunning beach vistas before exploring the charming streets of Vila Baleira. 4×4 Expedition & Wine Tasting: Explore Porto Santo by 4×4, discovering panoramic viewpoints and fascinating volcanic landscapes. Visit Pico das Flores and Ana Ferreira quarry, pass traditional villages and venture off-road through the island’s rugged northern scenery. Conclude at Casa da Serra de Fora with a tasting of local wine and liqueur.

Day 3
After a restorative night in your ultra-luxury suite, wake to your own timetable. Consider asking your butler for breakfast in bed.Then take some time to explore your Discovery Yacht. Visit the Sky Bar and outdoor Vitality pool on Deck 10, where you can watch the world pass by from the comfort of a private cabana. Curl up in the library of the Observation Lounge.Enjoy one of the truly all-inclusive world-class dining experiences on board, knowing our culinary team goes to the Nth Degree to ensure your cuisine is prepared to your tastes and dietary requirements.
Day 4
On the western Algarve, Portimão is a small port with a bustling historic centre. Enjoy the day exploring this once well-known fishing port, now transformed into a breath-taking promenade with shops selling traditional lace, ceramics, and leather goods, and fantastic restaurants. Portimão is much loved for the steep limestone cliffs that surround its sandy beach of Praia da Rocha. Architectural masterpieces from the 19th and 20th century blend with colourful contemporary structures.
Scenic Freechoice: Cabo St. Vicente & Sagres Fort: Visit Sagres Fortress and Cape St. Vincent for dramatic ocean views and maritime history, then explore the historic town of Lagos at your leisure. Ponta da Piedade: Discover the idyllic setting of Ponta da Piedade on a traditional boat tour to see the area’s monumental cliffs and unbelievable tunnels and caves. E-Biking to Praia da Rocha: Enjoy Portimão’s beautiful views on a biking tour to the beach Praia da Rocha. Silves & Wine Tasting: Explore the historic village of Silves, the former Algarve capital, discover the iconic Silves Castle and indulge in a wine-tasting experience at Villa Alvor. Hiking Tour: Set out on a guided hike through the Algarve’s picturesque coastal landscape, taking in its dramatic limestone cliffs, sandy beaches and sweeping Atlantic views along the way.

Day 5
On the shores of the Guadalquivir River lies Seville, the elegant capital of Andalusia. Arrive in the afternoon to explore this historic city, an architect’s dream with striking architectural styles, from the Gothic design of the Cathedral de Santa María de la Sede to the Baroque beauty of the Iglesia Colegial del Salvador.
Docking right in the heart of the city, simply step off your Discovery Yacht to begin your own discovery. The ship will be spending the night in Seville, giving you ample opportunity to sample the city’s famed culinary scene, small bars and flamenco dancing.
Scenic Freechoice: The Alcazar & Palacio de Duenas: Immerse yourself in Seville’s rich culture and history as you explore its grand architecture, noble palaces and stunning gardens. Complete your journey with a traditional tasting of Iberian ham and cheese, savouring authentic Andalusian flavours for a true taste of the city’s heritage. Biking Tour of Seville: Explore Seville’s top sights effortlessly on a guided e-bike tour, from Plaza de España to the historic Cathedral and Alcázar. Enjoy scenic routes and local insights for a memorable city experience. Jerez & Sherry tasting: Experience the essence of Andalusia with a visit to Jerez de la Frontera, including a guided tour and sherry tasting at an historic bodega. Then, enjoy a panoramic drive through the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Scenic Private Equestrian Show & Flamenco: Two of Seville’s most iconic art forms come together in this unforgettable performance. Flamenco dancers and specialised haute école riders will showcase traditional dance and dressage in a lavish spectacle that will delight every guest.

On your second day in Seville, take advantage of the scenic Freechoice options to explore the city’s captivating views, charming streets, and hidden gems at your own pace, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the local culture and beauty.
Scenic Freechoice: Over the Rooftops of Seville: Enjoy Seville from above with panoramic views from the Metropol Parasol, stroll through historic plazas and lively neighbourhoods, then savour sherry and tapas on a rooftop terrace overlooking the city. From the Tree to Bottle: The Olive Oil Journey: Visit Basilippo, a family-run olive oil estate near Carmona, surrounded by thousands of Arbequina olive trees. Discover traditional and sustainable production methods during a guided mill visit, then enjoy a comparative tasting of award-winning extra virgin olive oils and a creative local dish before browsing the estate’s products.

Day 7
At the northwestern tip of the African continent lies Tangier, guarding the Strait of Gibraltar where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. Known as the White City for its whitewashed houses lining winding streets, Tangier has been shaped by numerous cultures and civilisations over the centuries. The strong Spanish influence makes it a prime example of Spanish-Moorish architecture. Today, Tangier is a bustling modern port and the busiest in the Mediterranean. After departing from Tangier, enjoy the stunning passage through the Strait of Gibraltar and a view of the iconic Rock of Gibraltar.
Scenic Freechoice: Cap Spartel Hercules Caves & Kasbah: Travel along the Atlantic Coast to the Cap Spartel lighthouse and explore the enigmatic Hercules Caves and discover the historic Kasbah. Tangier City Tour with American Legation: Discover the magic of Tangier as you explore the Kasbah, vibrant souks, and the historic American Legation. Renowned for its luxury cars, high-end boutiques, and impressive yachts, Puerto Banús embodies exclusivity—making it the perfect match for your journey aboard Scenic Eclipse II. Designed in the 1970s, this charming coastal enclave seamlessly blends Andalusian heritage with the elegance of a sophisticated port town, capturing the essence of both traditional fishing villages and modern luxury.Set against a backdrop of immense mountains, wind your way through the town’s narrow streets lined with flower boxes. Experience one of the many glitzy bars this evening before another late departure.
Scenic Freechoice: Ronda & Olives Heritage: Discover Ronda’s iconic sights, including Puente Nuevo and the historic bullring, then visit LA Organic for an olive oil tasting and lunch in the Andalusian countryside. Hiking at Nieves Natural Park: Hike through the scenic Sierra de las Nieves Park, spotting native wildlife and rare Spanish firs, then unwind with a local tapas and drink. Kayak in Puerto Banús: Enjoy a guided kayak tour from Marbella’s marina, paddling along the beautiful coastline with views of the town and Sierra Blanca mountains, and a chance to swim in the clear Mediterranean waters.

After days of exploration, enjoy some much-needed relaxation on board your Discovery Yacht. Join your new friends over a meal at the Azure Bar & Café. Graze the day away with included beverages+. Visit the open bridge on Deck 7 to meet the Captain and crew to learn about the technical capabilities of Scenic Eclipse II.Enjoy tonight’s entertainment at the state-of-the-art theatre before you retreat to your ultra-luxury suite. Alternatively choose to dine in the comfort of your suite and have your evening nightcap brought by your own butler, choosing from a premium collection of wines, beers and spirits.
Day 10
Whilst Ibiza is known for its dazzling sunsets and thriving party scene, there is more to this island than meets the eye. Home to beautiful nature and superb beaches, you will also discover archaeological sites and small villages almost untouched by modern life. With a full day in port and a late departure, you’ll have time to sample everything this glamorous island has to offer then watch the sun dip below the horizon over a glass of sangria.
Scenic Freechoice: Organic Farm, Hierbas Workshop & Santa Eulalia: Visit a family-run farm in Ibiza’s countryside for a hands-on hierbas liqueur workshop, where you can craft your own liqueur, tour the farm and enjoy local delicacies. Ibiza Dalt Vila Walking Tour: Experience the medieval charms of Old Town Ibiza, also known as Dalt Vila, on a narrated walking tour. Discover Bibo Park & Aloe Vera Secrets: Take a panoramic drive to Bibo Park for a guided tour of over 20,000 native plants. Then visit an organic Aloe Vera Plantation for an organic cultivation tour, aloe sampling, soap workshop and refreshing Aloe Vera mojito. Ibiza 4 x 4 Adventure: Explore Ibiza’s southern coast by 4×4, visiting the dramatic red cliffs of Sa Caleta and the legendary Es Vedrà. Continue to Cala Conta, renowned for its turquoise waters and beautiful beaches, where you’ll enjoy free time to swim, relax or soak up the scenery before returning to the pier.

Your voyage ends in Palma de Mallorca, where Gothic cathedrals, medieval palaces, and golden beaches create a stunning finale. Enjoy one last delicious breakfast on board before disembarking, taking with you memories of a truly unforgettable Mediterranean voyage.
