Day 2
Part of Exuma Cays, Staniel Cay is a hidden gem in The Bahamas, south of Nassau. It is home to a small village, a yacht club and is famous for the swimming pigs, who have become an attraction paddling in the clear water of nearby Pig Beach. On Staniel Cay, you can enjoy picturesque beaches and a rustic and authentic Bahamian lifestyle.Back on board Scenic Eclipse, perhaps join a complimentary session in the PURE: Yoga & Pilates Studio, where panoramic ocean views create the perfect backdrop for relaxation and mindfulness. Day 3
Exuma Island is a true paradise, with vivid blue waters. Here, you can enjoy stretches of secluded beach, quiet nearby cays, and a small number of understated, exclusive resorts.Spend the day swimming, snorkelling, or paddleboarding in the clear shallows and watching the colours of the sea shift with the light. Or simply settle into the sand, relax, and soak in the wide-open views that define this part of the Bahamas.As the day winds down, return to your Scenic Discovery Yacht to refresh in your suite and check the Daily Wonder for Discovery Team lectures in the state-of-the-art theatre, where leading experts share rich insights into the wildlife, landscapes and culture of the region. In the evening, savour fresh seafood at Elements or contemporary French cuisine at Lumière+, with a more relaxed option at Azure Bar & Café.
Day 4
This peaceful island is a haven for marine life enthusiasts and lovers of the outdoors. Long Island’s shoreline shifts from calm, sandy coves to rugged cliffs, giving you plenty of options for time on or by the water.Highlights include hidden gems such as Dean’s Blue Hole, one of the deepest of its kind in the world, and St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, the oldest in the Bahamas. Around the island, you will find coral reefs, untouched flats, and quiet beaches that are perfect for exploring, wading, or simply unwinding.Return on board to the Yacht Club for a leisurely lunch, where indoor and outdoor seating invites you to relax and finish with handcrafted gelato. Later, energise with a workout in the state-of-the-art POWER: Gym or unwind in the thermal loungers of the Senses Spa.
Day 5
The Turks and Caicos Islands are a tropical paradise, where powdery white sand meets turquoise water in long, open sweeps of beach. Calm, sheltered seas create ideal conditions for time on and in the water throughout the day.Beyond their serene beauty, the islands are rich in stories, from the early Lucayan inhabitants to later colonial influences that shaped local life and landmarks. Day 6
Once a favoured base for pirates before settlers from nearby Turks and Caicos arrived in 1812, Mayaguana has a quietly storied past. Today, with only around 300 residents, it remains the most secluded and least developed of the major Bahamian islands, giving it a markedly unspoilt feel.Pristine, postcard-worthy beaches, excellent fishing grounds, and low-key countryside settlements shape the island’s character. Whether you choose to walk the shore, head out on the water, or simply sit back and take in the sea views, Mayaguana offers a gentle blend of seclusion, natural beauty, and authentic island life.This evening, savour a relaxed dinner at Elements or choose to dine al fresco with casual elegance at Azure Bar & Cafe. San Salvador, one of the smallest inhabited islands in the Bahamas, is a true gem of the archipelago. Day 8
Eleuthera, a narrow island just three kilometres wide, is a paradise of pink and white sand beaches and stunning turquoise waters. Famous for its dramatic cliffs where the Atlantic Ocean meets the shore, Eleuthera also boasts rich history as the site of the first republic in the “New World.” With more natural wrecks than any other Bahamian island and a proud tradition of pineapple plantations, you can savour the island’s famous pineapple tarts whilst enjoying its natural beauty.Visit the open bridge on Deck 7 to meet the Captain and navigational team, gaining first-hand insight into the Scenic Eclipse’s state-of-the-art technology and one of the best vantage points on board.

From the colourful Art Deco district to lively waterfronts, the city pulses with energy and style.As your Discovery Voyage comes to an end, enjoy a final leisurely morning on board before bidding farewell to your dedicated crew and travel companions.
