Day 1
Welcome to Lisbon, Portugal’s captivating capital. One of the oldest cities in the world and the second oldest capital in Europe, this vibrant, multicultural metropolis is renowned for its fascinating history, architecture and incredible food.Step on board Scenic Eclipse and be warmly welcomed with Champagne. Your personal butler will then familiarise you with your luxurious suite and all its amenities.Later, join your fellow guests in the Scenic Lounge Bar or out on the open deck to toast the start of the voyage, as your Scenic Discovery Yacht sets sail this evening.

Day 2
Leixões, one of Portugal’s largest seaports, lies just 8 km from the heart of Porto on the Douro River estuary. Porto, a World Heritage-listed city, is the source of both the name Portugal and the world-famous port wine. Wander its winding alleys, admire the blend of Gothic and Baroque architecture, enjoy vibrant public street art, greet friendly locals, and feel the Atlantic breeze while experiencing the charm and culture of northern Portugal.
Day 3
Located in the north of Spain, the coastal city of Vigo is best explored on foot. At its heart lies the historic Old Town, Casco Vello, where lively bars and local restaurants serve authentic Galician dishes. Stroll its narrow streets to discover charming squares, quaint shops, and centuries-old churches, or wander down to the waterfront to enjoy sweeping views of the Ría de Vigo and watch the bustling fishing port in action.
Day 4
Nestled in the region of Galicia, Ferrol boasts a rich history as a fishing village and strategic naval port. Explore stylish boutiques and Galician-style houses in the Magdalena neighbourhood, then visit the 18th-century San Felipe Castle, where bulwarks and cannons once defended the city. Just an hour inland, you can visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed city of Santiago de Compostela.
Day 5
Take a moment to yourself this morning and soak in the comforts of your luxuriously appointed suite, your own 6-star ultra-luxury sanctuary at sea. Ask your butler to deliver breakfast to your suite, where you can enjoy it on the verandah as the deep blue waters of the sea slip by outside.Visit the Sky Bar and outdoor Vitality pool on Deck 10. Nestled on Brittany’s rugged Atlantic coast, Brest is a vibrant maritime city where history, innovation, and natural beauty converge. Its strategic harbour has long been a hub for explorers and sailors, and today the city blends a rich naval heritage with a lively cultural scene. Stroll along the waterfront to the Château de Brest, a historic fortress overlooking the harbour that now houses the Maritime Museum or wander through bustling markets and charming streets to discover the city’s authentic Breton character.
Day 7
Perched on England’s southwest coast, Plymouth is an historic maritime city with a vibrant waterfront and stunning coastal scenery. Stroll along Sutton Harbour and explore the historic Mayflower Steps, a testament to Plymouth’s rich maritime heritage. For a peaceful escape, wander the scenic Hoe Promenade, where panoramic views of the English Channel unfold. Enjoy fresh local seafood at a waterfront restaurant or simply relax and take in the city’s coastal charm.
Day 8
Gliding inland along the Orne River, Caen reveals a quieter, more contemplative side of Normandy. Anchored by the legacy of William the Conqueror, the city blends medieval abbeys, elegant boulevards, and a vibrant culinary scene rooted in local produce, seafood, and Calvados. Beyond the port lie the storied beaches of Normandy and the tapestry-rich town of Bayeux, offering moments of reflection, culture, and understated beauty.
Day 9
Steeped in centuries of seafaring history, Portsmouth is home to some of the world’s most celebrated historic vessels and one of Britain’s most storied dockyards. Beyond its maritime legacy, the city offers elegant streets, a rich cultural scene, and sweeping views from the sail-shaped Spinnaker Tower. Compact and walkable, Portsmouth combines history, culture, and coastal charm with quiet sophistication, making it a refined stop along your journey.
Day 10
After cruising along England’s southern coast, the journey continues into the River Thames toward London. The approach into Tilbury is calm and steady, with the river guiding the way past historic surroundings. An overnight stay in Tilbury offers time to experience this World Heritage-listed destination, known for its maritime heritage and cultural significance.
Day 11
Spend a relaxed morning in Tilbury, exploring its historic streets, browsing the market, or enjoying time on board. As your Scenic Discovery Yacht departs and the city slips from view, the afternoon is yours to unwind at sea. Take advantage of Scenic Eclipse’s amenities, enjoy a leisurely lunch, or simply watch the horizon — offering a calm and reflective conclusion to your European journey.
Day 12
Your journey concludes this morning in Amsterdam, the vibrant city of canals, historic architecture, and world-class museums. Savour a final indulgent breakfast on board, reflecting on the unforgettable moments and cherished connections made throughout your journey. Bid a fond farewell to fellow guests and the dedicated crew of Scenic Eclipse, departing with memories to last a lifetime as you continue your travels or begin your journey home.
