Day 1
Welcome to Dublin. This ancient city has a vibrant culture and music in its soul, and is peppered with stunning architecture, lush green spaces and welcoming pubs.Upon boarding Scenic Eclipse this afternoon, you’ll be warmly greeted by the expert crew. Ask your butler to bring a glass of Champagne to your suite and toast the start of your journey from your private verandah.Then, join your fellow guests at the Observation Deck and admire the lights of Ireland’s capital’s as you cruise north towards Belfast.

Day 2
Arrive in Belfast this morning, a city with a dynamic arts scene and a rich maritime heritage. It was the place where the Titanic was built, and you can learn more about the famous ship at the iconic Titanic Belfast Museum.Beyond the city limits, discover the breathtaking landscape of the World Heritage-listed Giant’s Causeway, some 40,000 columns lying at the foot of basalt cliffs. A late evening departure will give you the opportunity to wander through the city’s charming streets lined with historic architecture as the lights start to sparkle.
Day 3
Iona Island is a jewel of Scotland’s Inner Hebrides. Explore the medieval Iona Abbey, known as the cradle of Celtic Christianity. Wander through the peaceful ruins of the nearby Nunnery, which overlooks the Atlantic. Follow the Nunnery Walk, a scenic path offering breathtaking views of the island’s rugged coastline. Return to your Discovery Yacht and relax in your spacious suite on board as you cruise to Staffa, an enchanting island off the coast of Scotland. Here you’ll explore Fingal’s Cave, a sea cave renowned for its dramatic basalt columns. Get up close to this geological marvel on a zodiac excursion.
Day 4
Oban is an elegant seaside town surrounded by dramatic coast and glorious green countryside. Victorian buildings line the harbour, colourful fishing boats bob at anchor; it’s overflowing with charm. Learn the tumultuous history of the ancient Scottish Clans or sample local whiskey at Oban Distillery, which dates to 1794.Later, cruise through the Sound of Mull, past towering cliffs, tranquil bays and hidden coves. Head to the Observation Deck with your Discovery Team for the chance to spot playful seals, dolphins, and majestic sea eagles. Or head to the Sky Deck for a drink to watch the magnificent scenery.
Scenic Discovery: Enjoy immersive Discovery experiences such as kayaking and zodiac cruising, subject to weather conditions and harbour master approval.
Day 5
Today you’ll head to the Outer Hebrides (also known as the Western Isles), a chain that stretches for more than 200 kilometers and faces out into the open Atlantic. Scenic Eclipse will dock at St Kilda, one of Scotland’s most extreme outposts and a World Heritage site. The isles also hold Europe’s most important seabird colony and is home to Britain’s highest sea stacks.Later, cruise past the Flannan Isles, a mesmerizing journey to one of the most remote and intriguing spots in the Atlantic. Situated off Scotland’s west coast, these rugged islands are rich in natural beauty and history.
Day 6
Today, stroll through Portree, the Isle of Skye’s colourful capital, at your own pace. As you explore, visit local craftspeople and charming cafes. The ancestral stronghold of the famed Clan MacLeod, the beautiful Isle of Raasay sits just offshore and boasts the extinct volcano of Mt Dun Caan, which rises 443 metres high.
Day 7
Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Gaelic culture and heritage in Stornoway, which was originally a Viking settlement. Explore the historic Lews Castle, the mysterious Callandish standing stones, and delight in the warmth of traditional Hebridean hospitality.As we cruise towards the Shetland Islands, you may wish to unwind in the expansive Senses Spa. Book a luxurious massage or facial or try one of the alternative therapies, such as Japanese shiatsu, Indian Ayurvedic massage and Tibetan bowl sound healing#.
Day 8
Welcome to Kirkwall, the capital of the Orkney Islands. Explore the iconic St. Magnus Cathedral, a masterpiece of medieval architecture, or wander through the charming streets lined with quaint shops and cosy cafés. Dive into Orkney’s rich heritage at the Orkney Museum, housing artefacts dating thousands of years. Other highlights include the Neolithic sites of Skara Brae and the Ring of Brodgar, offering glimpses into Orkney’s prehistoric past.Head to the Scenic Lounge Bar this evening for a glass of Champagne as the Discovery Yacht departs Kirkwall or ask your butler to deliver your favourite cocktail to your suite.
Day 9
Wake up to the sight of Aberdeen, Scotland’s ‘Granite City,’ known for its striking silver architecture and rich maritime history. Stroll through the bustling streets lined with historic buildings and vibrant street art or explore the charming fishing village of Footdee at the harbor’s edge. Explore the city’s cultural tapestry, from its captivating museums to its lush parks.Return to your ultra-luxury Discovery Yacht for a leisurely afternoon on board. Unwind in the vitality pools at Senses Spa, join an engaging lecture with your expert Discovery Team, or sip a cocktail at one of our 8 bars as Scenic Eclipse sails towards Edinburgh.
Day 10
Your journey of wonder ends this morning in Leith. After one final delicious breakfast on board Scenic Eclipse, it’s time to disembark your ultra-luxury Discovery Yacht. Take with you a lifetime of memories of a truly exceptional journey in this unique part of Europe.
