Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Koblenz!
The New Year’s Eve cruise begins in Basel, where the charming old town, Gothic cathedral, and world-class museums provide a cultural introduction. Sailing down the Rhine, the landscapes unfold in winter tranquility.
In Breisach, St. Stephen’s Cathedral towers above the city, offering sweeping views of the Upper Rhine and surrounding vineyards. The town’s cozy streets invite for a stroll.
Strasbourg enchants with French elegance and German heritage. The cathedral dominates the skyline, while “La Petite France” with its canals and half-timbered houses glows with festive charm.
Next is Mannheim, with its baroque palace and vibrant squares. In Rüdesheim, the lively Drosselgasse, wine taverns, and the Niederwald Monument showcase the beauty of the Rhine Valley.
The highlight arrives in Koblenz, at the confluence of Rhine and Moselle. On board, guests enjoy a festive gala dinner. At midnight, fireworks light up the sky above the Deutsches Eck and the surrounding hills – an unforgettable way to welcome the New Year.
The journey continues to Cologne, where the iconic cathedral towers above the old town and Rhine promenade. The lively atmosphere, breweries, and winter charm make the city shine.

The VIVA MOMENTS invites with 88 cabins up to 176 passengers on feel-good moments on board. On the Diamond Deck there are four stylish balcony suites, which with 24 sqm size and a walk-out balcony invite you to enjoy the beautiful view. On the Diamond Deck, as well as on the Ruby Deck, there are 19 sqm Junior Suites, which have a French balcony. The main part of the cabins is made up by 2-bed cabins with 16 sqm size. These have French balconies on the Diamond and Ruby decks and non-opening windows on the Emerald deck. All cabins are perfectly equipped with flat screen TV, included mini-bar, Nespresso® machine, Beauty products from RITUALS®, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, shower and toilet.
