At Ballycastle we discover the famous Giant’s Causeway, volcanically created 65 million years ago and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986. Nearby the National Trust’s Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge was built by fisherman over 350 years ago, suspended 100 feet above sea level.
Immerse yourself in the history of Glenarm Castle and its renowned Walled Garden on a guided tour. From unique artefacts to tantalising secrets, you’ll hear the intricate story behind the Earls of Antrim.
A visit to the Neo-Classical Mount Stewart House, would not be complete without wandering through celebrated gardens, planted in the 1920s by its creator Edith, Lady Londonderry.
