The king of rock, Elvis, lives on in Memphis, Tennessee, and that’s the starting point for a new, exclusive, river cruise and stay package for 2026 just released by Australian small ship cruise specialist, Cruise Traveller, with special pricing, low solo fares and a complimentary hotel stay in Memphis offered for bookings made by August 31, 2025.

Only available through Cruise Traveller, this unique nine-night ‘Graceland and the Music Cities’ cruise and stay package features a Mississippi cruise between the great music capitals of Memphis and Nashville, which still resonate with the echoes of iconic music legends like Elvis who created the enduring soundtrack of America.
In fact, Elvis is a major focus of this new package from Cruise Traveller which begins on June 8, 2026, with a two-night, complimentary stay in the Graceland Guest House Hotel and a full ‘Elvis Experience’ tour which includes a tour inside Elvis’ Graceland mansion and his garden burial site on the estate.

Guest then board American Cruise Lines’, five-deck paddlewheeler, American Splendor, which stylishly recreates the grandeur of history’s great riverboats on the Mississippi but offers contemporary styling, large staterooms and elegant dining and lounge areas.

Showcasing the storied river scenery and culture made famous by author, Mark Twain, the journey upstream to Nashville will take guests on an immersive journey through history along the mighty Mississippi – one of the world’s great rivers. The route north also glides along the beautiful Ohio and Cumberland rivers through the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri and Illinois, with stops at historic places like Paducah, Dover and Clarksville.
