With 23 years of experience operating voyages in Australia, Aurora Expeditions’ first full season will feature a range of immersive, adventurous and off-the-beaten-track voyages around Australia from July, 2021, to March, 2022, aboard the purpose-built expedition ship, Greg Mortimer. The ship was launched in 2019 and named after the renowned Australian mountaineer and explorer who founded the company in 1991.

It is the first time an X-BOW® ship will sail in Australian waters. The ship also offers sea-level Zodiac launching platforms, two jacuzzis on the outside top deck, expansive observation decks, lounges, gym, wellness centre and 79 cabins – all with an ocean view and 80% boasting a private balcony.
